Airport transfer
Lisbon airport is approximately 40 minutes from Três Bandeiras. We recommend using Bolt or Uber, with fares typically ranging from €25 to €40.
Getting around
You can enjoy a scenic walk over the cliffs to reach the beach. A Bolt or Uber to Ericeira costs around €6 and to Lisbon around €30.
Car rental: For great deals on rental cars in Lisbon, check out rentalcars.com (we have good experiences with Klass Wagen and Drive on Holidays) and DoYouSpain.com. For local rentals, Miguel Couceira also provides affordable options.
Parking: is free in front of the house, please take the neighbours into account.

Local events
Ericeira has a surprisingly rich events scene and the easiest way in is through the local app groups. Start with Sailer app on Instagram, where Ericeira events are posted. Ericeira Events is an open WhatsApp group where everything happening in town gets shared, and Casa Eira Events covers all the events organised by our neighbours. For the more spiritual side of town there is YUNITY, just ask us and we will add you to the group.
Groceries
The closest local shop is Loja da Amélia in Carvoeira, about a 5 minute drive. For a full shop, the large chains are in Ericeira, roughly a 15 minute drive: Intermarché, Continente, Lidl and ALDI.
For home delivery Continente delivers directly through Continente Online, and Intermarché delivers through Uber Eats for a premium.

There is a Multibanco ATM 5 minutes drive from Três Bandeiras.

Laundry and cleaning
The washing machine, dryer, and drying rack are located in the pantry. Laundry detergent is complimentary.
Communal areas are professionally cleaned twice a week (on Wednesdays and Saturdays), and rooms every other week (on the 1st and 15th of the month).
Food and drinks
All residents have access to the fully equipped kitchen (including Sage Barista espresso coffee machine, blenders, milk foamer, oven, dishwasher etc) and an own dedicated storage space.
Fitness and wellbeing
Surfing: check out SoulMar Surf School for lessons and board rentals. You can also rent a surfboard in the house, please contact us for details.
Yoga: use our serene yoga space or relax on one of the outdoor terraces or balconies.
Gym: a basic gym is present in the house, including a bench, adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, power-rack, and elastics that you can use.
Sauna: we have an infrared sauna in the house that can accommodate two to three people.
Kickboxing: a (kick)boxing bag, gloves and hand wraps have been gifted to the house by Jasper, and as long as he is around, you re welcome to use it.
Trail running: there are many beautiful offroad trails around the house for running or taking sunrise or sunset walks.
Ocean dips: the beaches of Foz de Lizandro and Sao Juliao are around 10 minutes by foot. A cold plunge with your fellow residents is the best way to start the day.
