How the house is designed
Your own space. Your rhythm. The rest, shared. The house is designed for both, with enough room to retreat and enough proximity to feel part of something.
Communal dinners are a regular part of life at the house. Costs are shared among those who join.

Pricing
Monthly fee, adjusted seasonally. Bookings run per full calendar month, from the 1st until the last day of the month. A one-time Homecoming Contribution of €150 applies to new residents. Returning residents are welcomed back without this fee.
