Our primary purpose is to create a shared living environment for residents who commit to longer stays, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before finalizing the rental agreement.
1. Rental Pricing and Payment
- After payment is made, your rental is considered final.
- No deposit is required.
2. Fair Use Policy for Utility Costs
- Residents are expected to use utilities responsibly and in consideration of others.
- Excessive or wasteful usage may result in additional recharges.
3. Damage and Responsibility
- Residents are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their residency.
- Any deliberate damage may result in additional charges to cover repair costs.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of the rent with full rent repayment is possible up to one month before the rental period commences.
- Cancellations made within one month of the rental period date may result in no repayment of the rent.
5. House Rules and Community Guidelines
- Residents must adhere to house rules and community guidelines provided by Três Bandeiras Co-living.
- Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental contract without refund.
6. Termination of Stay
- Três Bandeiras Co-living reserves the right to terminate a rental contract in case of violation of terms, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with rules.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions around residence and subrental at any time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.
