Três Bandeiras is a shared residential community offering long-term stays of 30 days or more. There are eight ensuite bedrooms available for rent on a calendar-monthly (whole month) basis. We do not provide short-term tourist accommodations or hospitality services.
The all-inclusive rental price covers:

Rates
The rent is based on a monthly calendar cycle, seasonal adjusting and excludes a one-time Homecoming Contribution of €150 for new community members.
